A bit about the role.
As a Director of Account Management at Ricciardi Group, you are the person who makes the machine run. You’ll lead day-to-day client relationships across multiple accounts, serving as the strategic partner that senior clients lean on and the operational backbone that gives our Managing Directors the space to focus on growth, vision, and the bigger picture. Work in a connected way where advertising, content, digital, and strategy workstreams intersect with every client, you’re the one who keeps all of it moving; connected, on time, on budget, and at a level of quality our clients have come to expect.
This isn’t a “review and approve” role. You’ll be hands-on-keyboard: building decks, shaping briefs, leading client calls, managing timelines, and rolling up your sleeves alongside the team. But you’ll also be in the room where it counts, presenting strategy to CMOs, navigating tough conversations with confidence, and translating complex, multi-channel programs into clear plans that internal teams can execute against. You’re the bridge between senior leadership and execution, and both sides trust.
