Julie Tran Joins The Ricciardi Group as GTM & Operations Coordinator

The Ricciardi Group

New York, NY – May 26, 2026 – The Ricciardi Group is pleased to welcome Julie Tran as GTM & Operations Coordinator, where she will bring technical fluency, sharp organizational instincts, and a fresh perspective to the agency's growing operations.

As a recent NYU graduate with a degree in Media, Culture, and Communication, Julie brings hands-on experience across today's most essential creative and operational platforms, giving her the versatility to support fast-moving workflows and business processes with ease. Prior to joining RG, she interned at T&A Ogilvy as a graphic designer, where she gained valuable exposure to the inner workings of agency life and developed a strong foundation in how great work gets made and brought to market.

“Julie brings a unique combination of creativity, organization, and curiosity,” said Jay DiPietro, chief operating officer. “She understands how great work gets done and appreciates the systems and processes that make it possible. Her adaptability, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning will make a meaningful impact on our team and our clients.”

Julie first joined The Ricciardi Group as an intern, working closely on business development and gaining firsthand exposure to GTM strategy and operations. At NYU Steinhardt, she co-led the Communications Club and spearheaded the MCC Alumni Mingle, a celebrated annual mixer bringing together students and alumni from the Media, Culture, and Communication department for an evening of mentorship and professional exchange. Now returning with a sharper set of skills, Julie is focused on growing into the operational layers of the business, aiming to become more “analytical and rational” to balance out “the creative background” she has spent years building.

“It's so rare that you meet a group that is incredibly supportive of your growth from the very early stages and continues to stick with you through the vulnerable, messy parts of taking on something new,” said Julie. “I'm so happy to be returning to RG with a new pair of eyes to build upon the knowledge I gained from everyone during my internship period.”
