A bit about the role.
As a Senior Associate, Account Management at Ricciardi Group, you will be the operational backbone of our client teams, the person who makes sure great work actually gets out the door, on time, on budget, and looking sharp. You’ll manage projects end-to-end, keep cross-functional teams aligned, serve as a day-to-day client contact, and contribute the research and analysis that fuels smart strategy. This is a high-growth seat: you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Directors, Senior Directors, and Managing Directors who are invested in your development, giving you a front-row education in B2B marketing at the highest level.
What you’ll do.
Working under the guidance of Directors, Senior Directors, and Managing Directors, you will manage complete projects from inception to completion while providing essential research, analysis, and administrative support that drives client results.
Project Management & Execution
- Manage complete marketing projects end-to-end, from initial planning through final delivery and post-campaign analysis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, strategy, and production to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop comprehensive project timelines, track milestones, and manage budgets to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
- Oversee project documentation, status reporting, and maintain organized project files and communication records.
- Anticipate potential project challenges and proactively communicate solutions to supervisors and clients.
Client Communication & Support
- Serve as day-to-day client contact for project updates, coordination, and tactical communications.
- Participate in client meetings, prepare detailed meeting agendas, and document action items with clear follow-up timelines.
- Support client relationship management by maintaining regular communication and ensuring client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
- Prepare client presentations, status reports, and project summaries that clearly communicate progress and results.
- Build strong working relationships with client teams and serve as a reliable point of contact for project-related inquiries.
Research & Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend studies to support campaign development and strategic planning.
- Perform detailed data analysis of campaign performance, website analytics, and marketing metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations that translate data into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Monitor client news, industry developments, and competitive landscape changes to keep teams informed of relevant updates.
- Support proposal development and new business initiatives through research, fact-finding, and competitive intelligence gathering.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Record and transcribe client calls, meetings, and strategic sessions with accurate documentation of key decisions and action items.
- Build compelling presentation decks, client reports, and campaign materials using advanced PowerPoint, Google Slides, and design tools.
- Maintain organized client files, project databases, and campaign documentation systems for easy access and reference.
- Coordinate project logistics including vendor management, timeline coordination, and resource allocation.
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting for assigned projects and accounts.
Strategic Support & Campaign Development
- Contribute to campaign strategy development by providing tactical insights, research findings, and execution recommendations.
- Assist in developing creative briefs, campaign requirements, and project specifications that align with client objectives.
- Support integrated marketing planning by coordinating across multiple channels and ensuring consistent messaging and execution.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute ideas for campaign optimization and growth opportunities.
- Help translate strategic concepts into actionable project plans and tactical execution steps.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth project workflow and high-quality deliverables.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, Associates, and interns on project management best practices and client service standards.
- Share knowledge and insights across the account management team to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Support team training initiatives and contribute to the development of improved processes and procedures.

Requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in agency account management, project management, or related marketing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with standard office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite) and willingness to learn marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana), CRM platforms (Hubspot), and/or marketing automation systems is a plus.
