A bit about the role.
As an Associate Digital Strategist at The Ricciardi Group, you will join our client teams in a pivotal, client-facing role, specializing in B2B demand generation. This is your opportunity to rapidly advance your career by working closely with a Senior Digital Strategist, gaining hands-on exposure across the full marketing spectrum—from brand positioning to detailed campaign activation. You will be an integral part of driving successful digital outcomes for our client portfolio.
Your primary focus is execution and operational leadership. You will take direct ownership of the core campaign mechanics: leading day-to-day project management, flawlessly setting up and managing digital campaigns, and delivering clear, incisive performance reporting and optimizations. This foundational role is dedicated to mastering the processes that ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and effectively translate strategy into measurable action.
We require proven experience with B2B marketing principles. If you are passionate about digital marketing and eager to own the operational side of a demand generation strategy, this role offers a clear and accelerated growth path within the agency.
What you’ll do.
You will be directly responsible for all digital initiatives on the accounts that you work for, from project management to execution based on the clients’ needs. This includes supporting strategic development to creative activation across all marketing channels, but primarily through digital and social channels; communicating and collaborating with client, creative, strategy and digital teams to keep us on point, on budget and on time.
You will be the primary lead on the operational tasks, campaign setup, and reporting, while supporting the Senior Strategist on all other tasks.
Campaign Management & Reporting:
- Directly responsible for maintaining and owning the media plan document, ensuring accuracy across budget, flight, and channel allocation.
- Directly responsible for the setup, deployment, and operational management of paid digital advertising campaigns across channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic).
- Own the process of trafficking campaign assets (e.g., creative files, tracking tags) to appropriate ad platforms and vendors, ensuring all assets are launched correctly and on time.
- Execute in-flight optimizations and pull data for regular campaign reporting, translating raw data into actionable insights for the Senior Strategist.
- Support the Senior Strategist in reviewing and refining the overall media strategy and assist in the development of client-facing communications related to campaign performance.
Web Analytics & Data:
- Manage client web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) to support regular and ad-hoc performance reporting.
Marketing Automation (MarTech):
- Directly responsible for the operational tasks within client Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). This includes audience segmentation, data hygiene, campaign setup (ad-hoc emails, landing pages), and supporting the development of nurture and scoring programs.
Search Engine Optimization
- Assist the Senior Strategist with technical SEO audits, keyword research and ongoing content-based SEO recommendations.
Social Media:
- Assist with the management of client social media presence, including audience research, scheduling and posting content, social listening, and preparing performance reports.
Project Leadership:
- Lead the day-to-day project management: prepare and manage detailed project timelines, ensure internal and client meetings are set up efficiently, and distribute clear meeting recaps with defined next steps.
Client & Internal Communications:
- Support the preparation and refinement of client materials (presentations, emails, reports).
- Act as a key support in preparing initial briefing documents, coordinating stakeholder interviews, conducting competitive analysis, and compiling industry trend research to inform the strategic approach.
Operational Excellence:
- Conduct daily client news scans relevant to their business and industry.
- Maintain and organize all client files and account resources (e.g., Google Drive) to ensure account continuity and efficiency.
