Hillary Nussbaum Joins RG as Director of Content

New York, NY – September 10, 2025 – The Ricciardi Group is pleased to announce the addition of Hillary Nussbaum as Director of Content, where she will leverage her extensive background in storytelling, content strategy, and creative production to strengthen the agency’s ability to deliver impactful communications for clients.
Nussbaum brings more than a decade of editorial and strategic expertise, including her leadership in content and brand positioning at Code Climate, where she spearheaded thought leadership initiatives and a successful website rebrand that repositioned the company as a trusted enterprise partner. Complementing her strategic work, Nussbaum has written and produced acclaimed narrative projects such as the science-fiction podcast Anomaly, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival, the audio romantic comedy Know Your Newlywed, named one of Audible’s Best of 2024, and the web series Keep Me Posted, featured in Refinery29. Earlier in her career, she worked at Lion Television, developing new series for networks such as TLC, AMC, and A&E. Besides being behind the scenes, she also made her onscreen debut with a brief cameo as a sports photographer (her college extracurricular and first job) in the Jeremy Lin documentary, Linsanity.
