The Ricciardi Group partnered with BKD and DHG in this merger of accounting giants – making a $1.4B professional services company, the country’s 8th largest. Our team was engaged to develop a new corporate brand name, strategy and identity to articulate their combined value and align to the future of the business.

First, RG worked with the two firms to identify their brand attributes giving rise to a newco built from the legacies of the two firms placing unmatched client services and forward vision at the center of what they do. We made our mark on the naming process (a portmanteau from FORward VISion) and built a new identity with an angled “I” that took into account their future-facing dynamic and focus on the individual.

Bottom line: it was all viewed as a major asset to their launch.
